❓ #1 – How many Google reviews do you have?
A company with 0 Google reviews has no proven track record. You're trusting one of your home's biggest investments to a company with little or no public history.

❓ #2 – Are you Factory Certified or a Preferred Contractor with the shingle or metal manufacturer?
If the answer is NO, you could be putting your manufacturer's warranty at risk. Many enhanced manufacturer-backed warranties require installation by qualified contractors and approved installation practices. Hiring an unqualified installer can leave you without the warranty protection you expect.

❓ #3 – Do you have a valid Kentucky Contractor License?
