Wrapping up another great install!

This home received a Bosch inverter heat pump with a Bryant gas furnace, a Mitsubishi multi-zone ductless system with one-way ceiling cassettes, and a Santa Fe whole-home dehumidifier for complete year-round comfort.

We got a service call for a mini-split that wasn't cooling properly.

What we found were clogged filters and a dirty blower wheel, which restricted airflow. This contributes to reduced efficiency and eventually leads to breakdowns, higher electricity bills, and poor indoor air quality.

Professional cleanings keep your mini-split running as it was designed and help extend its life.

If your mini-split hasn’t been cleaned in a year or more, now is a great time to schedule it.
