New! Cohete Rocket Sets!

An old favorite returns! Cohete rockets are traditional BP core burners that are incredibly simple and quick to build. Designed to work with the short 8oz tubes and header cannisters from our friends at Pyro Paper Products, these easy to construct motors are ideal for beginner and seasoned pyro alike. Use a hot 75:15:10 BP with a clay nozzle if you're hand ramming or a benzoate whistle fuel if you're pressing with a simple 1 ton arbor press. No hydraulics or tube supports needed.

Each rocket kit is completely CAD designed and CNC machined. All spindles are machined from stainless steel and polished to a high luster. These spindles are completely removable from the base by unscrewing one stainless steel socket head cap screw. All rammers and bases are machined from 6061 aluminum billet. All rammers are knurled and feature full diameter heads with recessed diameter shafts for easy removal. The large heads of the rammers prevent each rammer from being pressed too deeply into the tubes, eliminating potential damage from rammer and spindle contact. Swap out lines are also machined into each cored rammer so you know when to switch rammers as you're building.

Designed for 0.625" ID x 4.0" tall tubes.
