We are excited to get started on this huge remodel/addition project for a wonderful family in Marietta. We started discussions months ago, but after careful planning now it’s time to execute the vision. Our amazing clients packed up 11 yrs worth of memories and are living in a temporary apartment. We started with massive interior demolition, and then demolition of the garage side of the house. Stay tuned to see this project move forward.

We are Atlanta’s Fire Rebuild Company!! Another unfortunate house fire where thankfully everyone is safe and some personal items were saved. However the structural damage and 3.5 months exposure to the elements forced a total rebuild on the existing foundation. We are honored to be selected to help welcome this family back home later this year. Jeff CainDavid Cruz

Teamwork! There are certain days that make me so thankful for our team. Today is one of those days. I’m so thankful for David Cruz and “team Cruz”. When the s**t hits the proverbial fan he always comes thru. Blessings abound. 2025 has been a phenomenal year and David et al played a huge part of it.

When your customers help feed the addiction!!

Every initial visit with a customer begins with them articulating a dream or vision of what they want to accomplish. We pride ourselves on being able to take that dream and make it a reality. After 27 years of building houses this one was certainly the most unique. What you can’t see now is that this house is constructed of 10 inch poured concrete walls from the footing all the way to the roof line. What you can see is a very unique synthetic barrel tile roof. And the beautiful windows, came all the way from Germany. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with this phenomenal couple and build their forever home. Here’s just a peek of what we accomplished.

BOLO - please be on the lookout for the cutest blond headed vandal, caught on camera drawing on the walls of his new home today. He’s five years old and his name is Freddy!!! He self identified by writing his name on the wall. He will be turned upside down by the builder when located. 😉UPDATE- it runs in the family. Add JACK to the list

Long day, but productive day getting this driveway in at our Marietta project. With the recent and future forecasts we had to squeeze this one in while the sun was out. Meanwhile inside, our trim carpenters were busy as well.
