⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another 5-Star Review!

At Dynamic Deck Pros, we believe a beautiful deck starts with doing things the RIGHT way! 🔨🏡

We are incredibly grateful for another amazing customer review highlighting something we take seriously proper engineering, required permits, and quality craftsmanship.

When this homeowner received six other quotes, Dynamic Deck Pros was the ONLY contractor willing to obtain the required city permit!

Building a deck isn’t just about appearance. It’s about safety, structural integrity, meeting local building codes, and protecting your investment for years to come.

👏 A special shoutout to Sam and Ben for delivering another outstanding customer experience!

🔨 WHY FRAME FIRST? THERE’S A METHOD BEHIND IT.

Here’s a behind the scenes look at our Charleston, Utah project in Wasatch County and a construction method you may not see on every deck.

Instead of installing all of the permanent footings first and then building the deck on top of them, our crew temporarily supported the deck structure and established the framing first.

Why we did it this way?

By getting the framing positioned, leveled, and aligned first, we can use the actual structure to determine the precise locations of the permanent posts and footings below. Rather than trying to make the framing fit predetermined footing locations, the permanent supports can be placed exactly where the structure requires them.

🔨 More precise footing & post placement
📐 Better control of framing alignment & elevations
🏗️ Allows us to work from the actual structure—not measurements alone
💪 Creates a clear load path from framing → posts → footings → ground

This method does require additional temporary supports and careful bracing while the permanent foundation system is completed. Once the permanent footings and supports are in place, the temporary supports can be removed.

✅ AND THE RESULTS ARE IN…

Footing Inspection — PASSED ✔️
Framing Inspection — PASSED ✔️

The foundation and framing have now been inspected and approved, and we’re ready to move on to the part everyone has been waiting to see…

🔥 NEXT UP: THE DECKING SURFACE!

We love showing what goes into a deck before the beautiful surface goes down. What you don’t see when the project is finished is just as important as what you do.
