When you’re undergoing a major renovation or extension on your home, what you need is a partner who will walk with you from conception to completion. That’s exactly what Marshall and Renee Rawlings found in Rick Baker and the team at Stately Design & Renovation. The Rawlings purchased their Flower Mound home in the Chateau du Lac neighborhood 10 years ago and, as they raised their kids, they dreamed of the changes they’d like to make, if they decided to stay there.
