A little preventative maintenance goes a long way.

We recently serviced the HVAC system at a local office and found the condenser coil heavily impacted with dirt, lint, and debris. With the coil in this condition, the system can’t reject heat properly—forcing it to run harder and longer to maintain temperature.

After a thorough cleaning, the coil can breathe again and transfer heat the way it was designed to.

Regular HVAC maintenance isn’t just about avoiding breakdowns. Keeping coils clean helps:

• Maintain proper cooling capacity
• Reduce unnecessary energy consumption
• Reduce stress on compressors and other components
• Extend equipment life
• Catch small problems before they become expensive repairs

Commercial equipment works hard, especially through a South Carolina summer. Keeping it clean is one of the simplest ways to keep it running efficiently and reliably.

I wanted to take a minute to officially share a small update.

After 10 years in business, I’m giving the company logo and branding a refresh.

The important part: nothing about the company itself is changing. Same LLC. Same owner. Same phone number. Same quality of work. Same commitment to taking care of people the right way.

This is not a new company, it’s simply a cleaner look that better represents what this business has grown into over the last decade.

At the core, I’m still a technician first. That’s what built this business, and that’s what I’m proud of. I wanted the new logo to reflect that — not just another generic heating and cooling company, but a local business built on real hands-on experience, honest service, and a name people can put a face to.

Spartanburg’s got a winter storm on the way.
Roads may be rough, driveways worse.

If your heaters' already acting weird,
rattling, cycling frequently, not getting quite warm;
don’t roll the dice and hope it makes it through the weekend.

That same little issue on a Tuesday
turns into a full-blown emergency on a cold Saturday night.

Same heater.
