Yesterday, we had the privilege of welcoming Mike Nilson to speak with our Capstone Construction Team.

Mike, a former Gonzaga basketball player and strength coach, brought an incredible message about leadership - reminding us that leadership isn't just about titles, it's about influence, character, and how we show up for the people around us every day.

His insights challenged and inspired us to lead well - at work, at home, and in our community.

Thank you, Mike, for investing in our team and sharing your time, wisdom, and energy. We're better for it!
