‼️ EXTREMELY excited to announce that SmithWorks received contract last month on major parts of this amazing addition to the Masonic community coming right here to Springfield, OH with
SmithWorks will be doing a structural framed 2 story building and 5 story wood framed living facility.
Our team will be doing are all the metal stud framing, exterior sheeting, interior framing, drywall and finishing. We cannot wait to watch this project progress. We will be on site early this summer and on site until around early Fall 2027. 🚧

We are excited to announce working with Funderburgh farms & excavating on a new Administration building for Triad Local Schools! We will be doing all the exterior structural framing, trusses, sheeting, all interior framing, drywall and acoustical ceilings. We are set to be onsite middle of May!

New offices, bathroom and conference room working with Kapp Construction.
Framing is complete and drywall finishing is in process, ceilings and direct-applied late next week. Love these projects for SmithWorks to knock out quick. ✔️
