🏗️ Progress is underway at the new Cass County Public Library – Harrisonville Branch! The building structure and exterior walls are now in place, and the new facility is really starting to take shape.

At 15,000 SF, the space will include a modern library, administrative offices, a community room, a drop off/pick up window, and an outdoor patio, all designed with the Harrisonville community in mind. NAVIGATE is proud to serve as Owner's Representative on this project, helping guide the team toward completion in 2027!

🎉 Breaking Ground on the Future of Warren County 911! 🚨

A new addition and renovation is coming to the Warren County Emergency Services 911 Communications Center! NAVIGATE is proud to serve as the Owner’s Representative for this project, helping guide the work from planning through construction. The improvements will provide an updated, expanded facility designed to better support the 911 dispatchers and emergency personnel who serve Warren County every day.

The groundbreaking marks an exciting milestone for the project, and we’re looking forward to seeing this important facility take shape and provide the resources needed to support Warren County for years to come.

Congratulations to Osage County R2 Schools - Linn Wildcats! 🏫🎉

We’re excited to share photos from the ribbon cutting and completed project at Linn High School! The new addition brings fresh, functional spaces to campus and creates additional room for students and staff to learn, work, and grow.

Legacy Farms Park is officially underway! St. Charles Parks & Recreation Department 🌳🎉

We’re excited to see this project get started and to be part of bringing a new park to the St. Charles community. There’s been a lot of excitement around Legacy Farms Park, and now the community can finally watch it come together.

The park is designed to be "an extension of your own backyard," with places to play, explore, get outside, and spend time with family and friends. Phase One will bring these features to 20 of the park's eventual 97 acres, with construction expected to wrap by the end of April 2027. And with so much planned for the park, there's going to be a lot to look forward to once it's complete.

We’re excited to be part of the team helping bring Legacy Farms Park to Saint Charles, Missouri - City Government and can’t wait to see this one come to life!

🎉 Construction has officially started at Hale Cook Elementary!

After more than 100 years, Hale Cook is entering a new chapter as part of Kansas City Public Schools’ $524M bond program. The $15 million renovation includes 4 new classrooms, a collaboration space, a refreshed cafeteria and restrooms, new playgrounds, an ICC storm shelter, and a secured entryway to improve safety for students and staff.

Seeing this historic school begin a new chapter is exactly why we love this work. NAVIGATE is proud to serve as Owner’s Representative and excited to be part of what comes next.

Our interns have been putting their summer to work! 👏

Throughout the summer, our Missouri and Kansas interns have been working alongside the NAVIGATE team on real projects and gaining hands-on experience in the field.

At this month’s company meeting, they had the opportunity to present project updates to the full NAVIGATE team, sharing what they’ve been working on, what they’ve learned, and the progress they’ve made throughout the summer on projects at Saint Louis Public Schools and Kansas City Public Schools.

We’re proud of the work they’ve contributed and excited to see how they finish out their summer with NAVIGATE!

🚧🌳 Great Rivers Greenway Construction Update 🌳🚧

The Hodiamont Greenway is taking shape! Concrete pathways are in place, and new wayfinding signs are now standing near Frank Williamson Sr. Park and the Delmar Loop.

It’s exciting to see this project come together and get a better look at the future greenway as the work progresses. NAVIGATE is serving as Construction Manager on the project, helping bring this important connection to the St. Louis community. 🚲🌿

A new look at progress on the Brickline Greenway North Connector. 🚧🚁

Construction along North Grand is taking shape, with new pedestrian improvements and roadway updates underway. Once complete, this project will create a safer, more accessible, and better-connected corridor, improving the experience for residents, businesses, and visitors while supporting continued investment and growth throughout the region.

It’s exciting to see this important project move from plans to reality as NAVIGATE serves as Construction Manager.

NAVIGATE Industrial continues to grow, with projects spanning coast to coast!

Check out one of our most recently completed project: a cold storage renovation and expansion that supports the continued growth and operations of a confidential client. ❄️🏗️

NAVIGATE provided Owner’s Representation services from initial planning through commissioning while helping the client maintain ongoing operations throughout construction. The project included renovations and expansion to increase cold storage capacity and support the client’s long-term operational needs.

We’re excited to share a look at the completed cold storage space and another successful NAVIGATE Industrial project! 🚧
