Finishing touches are underway on the City of Clayton, Missouri’s new Municipal Maintenance Facility. 🚧 With new vehicle maintenance bays and lifts, the Public Works team will soon have a dedicated home to keep the City’s trucks, plows, and equipment ready to serve Clayton residents. NAVIGATE is proud to serve as Owner’s Representative and help bring this project across the finish line.

🚧 Construction Update 🚧

Progress continues on the City of Crestwood, MO Community Center! Exterior finishes are going up, The Cliffs at Whitecliff Park signage is in place, and interior work is moving right along. NAVIGATE is proud to serve as Owner’s Representative and can’t wait to see it become a hub for fitness, recreation, and connection for the Crestwood community!

October is Fire Prevention Month! 🚒

NAVIGATE has partnered with more than 15 fire and EMS agencies across Missouri to help plan, renovate, and build facilities that support their communities.

From site acquisition, early budgeting, and pre-referendum assistance to station renovations and new construction, our work helps fire and EMS agencies meet their current needs and prepare for future growth.

Another great annual picnic with the NAVIGATE team! ☀️

Our team and their families came together for an afternoon at the park, complete with our annual co****le tournament and some magic from Christian the Magician. 🎩

We always enjoy getting everyone together outside of the office. Days like this are a reminder that the people we work alongside are what make NAVIGATE such a great place to be.

The Eagleton Courthouse 1st and 3rd floor restack is complete! 🏛️

The newly completed spaces include probation offices, training rooms, Senior Judges Chambers, IT and finance offices, a new front counter and lobby, ADR suite, and Pro Se offices.

As Construction Manager, NAVIGATE supported the General Services Administration and United States District Courts throughout the restack, helping coordinate the work needed to bring these updated spaces into service.

What could the future of Creve Coeur's Government Center look like? 🏛️

Today's Government Center started out as an elementary school more than 75 years ago. A new building designed specifically for public service would make City services easier to access, meet modern accessibility and safety standards, and reduce the rising cost of maintaining an aging facility. NAVIGATE is proud to support the City's vision for a new Government Center, which will go before voters this November.

If approved, Prop G would fund the new Government Center without raising the current debt service tax rate. Creve Coeur residents, learn more about Prop G and make your voice heard at the polls on November 3! 🗳️

Recovery continues at City of Perryville Government City Park following the March 2025 tornado.

NAVIGATE was brought on by the City to provide Owner's Representative services for the recovery of damaged park facilities and infrastructure — from disaster assessment and insurance coordination through project planning, estimating, procurement, contracting, and construction inspection.

Several recovery projects have already been completed, with additional work underway, including the upcoming repairs to the Perry Park Aquatic Center. The project map highlights the areas of the park included in the recovery work.

This is the kind of work we're proud to do — helping communities get back on their feet after disaster strikes.

🎉🛝 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of celebrating the opening of the new playgrounds and major parking lot renovations at Union R-XI School District’s Beaufort Elementary! We joined the school community for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate these exciting improvements, and the kiddos wasted no time putting their new playground equipment to use!

This project included new playgrounds and a major parking lot overhaul designed to improve drainage and better manage stormwater around the building. We’re incredibly proud to have been part of a project that enhances the school environment and creates improved spaces for students to learn, play, and thrive.

A big thank you to Union R-XI School District for the opportunity to be part of this project. We’re excited to see Beaufort Elementary students enjoy these improvements for years to come!

Congratulations to the City of Kirkwood on the restoration of the historic Kirkwood Train Station! 🎉🚂

Today's ribbon cutting was a wonderful celebration of this milestone, bringing together the Kirkwood community and everyone who helped make the restoration happen. 👏 It was fantastic to see such a strong turnout for a project that preserves a piece of Kirkwood's history while setting the station up for the future.

NAVIGATE is proud to have served as Owner's Representative on this project, supporting the City of Kirkwood every step of the way. Here's to the next chapter for this beloved landmark! 🚉

Construction at Kiener Plaza is nearing completion, with the latest improvements to the downtown plaza taking shape through new paving, shade structures and trees, updated lighting, event electrical service, improved drainage, and refreshed gathering spaces.

With construction nearly wrapped up, the plaza is getting ready to welcome the community back to an improved space just in time for the busy fall and holiday season in downtown St. Louis. 🏗️🍂

NAVIGATE is serving as Owner’s Representative for Great Rivers Greenway, working alongside the City of St. Louis Government and Gateway Arch Park Foundation on the project.

We’re excited to see the final pieces come together at one of St. Louis’ most recognizable gathering spaces!
