With heavy hearts we pass on the sad news that Mr. Paul Akins has departed this earth for his Heavenly home. To say that he will be missed is an understatement. He & Mrs. Jo Akins created our company in 1968 and shaped it into what it is today through hard work, honesty, and integrity.

Our office will be closed on Wednesday, August 19, and Thursday, August 20. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this loss.

Work is steadily advancing in Dublin at the New Behavioral Health Crisis Center. Outside, landscaping is underway, fencing is being installed, and grading is being done around the site. Inside crews are installing cabinets, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and painting is progressing.

Renovations are ongoing at the historic Central High School in Springfield. MEP rough ins are in progress, storefront installation has begun, and masonry work continues with block and brick infill along with exterior work as sidewalks and a slab has been poured. Once complete, the former high school will house offices, storage, a museum, a banquet hall, and a maintenance workshop.
