What We’re Looking For:
• Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Join the Taylor Manufacturing Team!

Taylor Manufacturing is currently seeking an experienced and motivated 2nd Shift Machinist to join our growing team in Stevenson, Alabama.

If you take pride in producing quality work, have strong machining skills, and enjoy working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain tight tolerances and produce quality parts.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:
✔ Previous machining experience preferred.
✔ Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
✔ Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Celebrating Success & Welcoming New Leadership

On Friday, July 10, we gathered as a team to celebrate the accomplishments and achievements of the second quarter at Taylor Manufacturing.

It was a wonderful time of fellowship, appreciation, and celebration as we recognized the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our employees. Every milestone we reach is a direct result of the talented men and women who faithfully give their best each day. Thank you for your continued commitment to excellence—you are the heart of Taylor Manufacturing.

We were also honored to officially welcome our new Chief Operating Officer, Preston Fogg, and our new Fab Shop Foreman, Brian Dickerson, to the Taylor Manufacturing family. It was a pleasure to have Preston's wife and oldest daughter join us for lunch, and we truly enjoyed getting to know them.

In addition to welcoming Preston and Brian, we want to extend a warm welcome to all of the new team members who have recently joined the Taylor Manufacturing family. We are excited to have each of you on board and look forward to watching you grow and succeed. Every new employee brings unique talents, perspectives, and opportunities that help make our team even stronger.

As we begin this new chapter together, we are excited about the future and the opportunities that lie ahead. We look forward to working alongside Preston, Brian, and our entire team as we continue to grow, serve our customers, invest in our people, and build on the strong foundation that has made Taylor Manufacturing successful for more than 40 years.

Position: Brake Press Operator

Taylor Manufacturing | Stevenson, AL

Taylor Manufacturing is looking for a skilled and reliable Brake Press Operator to join our growing team! We specialize in precision metal fabrication and take pride in producing high-quality parts for our customers across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC press brakes to bend and form metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
