Meet Tim Reinhardt, Preconstruction Manager at Zalk Josephs!

Tim oversees the day-to-day operations of our Sales and Estimating teams while helping develop project ex*****on plans that set our teams up for success.

For Tim, the Zalk Josephs brand represents “excellence through care, collaboration and innovation.” It’s a philosophy he sees reflected in the people and culture at Zalk every day.

Steel is in place.

On August 8-9, the Zalk Josephs team completed a major milestone at Northwestern Medicine. During a full Huron Street shutdown, crews installed a 75-ton steel connector that now links the Galter Pavilion and Feinberg Tower at Levels 14 and 15.

Projects like this take planning, coordination, and strong partnerships. We are proud to support this important healthcare facility and grateful to work alongside an outstanding project team.

Behind every successful project is careful planning and strong collaboration.

For the Baird Center expansion in Milwaukee, our team contributed by fabricating and delivering 5,000 tons of structural steel, including 3,000 tons of bolted, long-span trusses.

Each truss measured approximately 90 feet long and 16 feet deep. To improve efficiency and reduce on-site labor, the trusses were fully assembled in our shop before being shipped to the jobsite as complete units.

It's the kind of planning, precision, and ex*****on that helps keep complex projects moving.
