Just wrapped up a full basement finish in a new build and this one turned out exactly how the homeowners envisioned it.

We took this space from unfinished to fully livable, adding a bedroom, a full bathroom, a dedicated room for a sauna, plus storage and a family room space. It is now a space that adds real value to the home and actually gets used every day.

As we head into the new year, we just want to say thank you. We’re so grateful for the clients, friends, and community who supported Hallas Construction this past year. Getting to build and work in the Northwoods of Wisconsin means a lot to us, and we don’t take that trust for granted.

Just wrapped up this deck project for a great family in the Northwoods. We used composite decking for a maintenance-free and long-lasting durability, plus added Williams vertical cable and aluminum railing for a clean, modern look-also maintenance-free. We also swapped out their old exterior doors for something more energy-efficient and updated.

If you’ve been thinking about making some upgrades to your home—whether it’s a deck, doors, or something else—we still have room for a few more small projects yet this summer. And we’re booking into fall and winter too.
