There’s been a LOT of progress happening here lately — some of it you can see immediately, and a whole lot you can’t.
WHAT YOU SEE 👀
Trim is complete and paint is officially underway!
A large portion of the ceilings and walls have already been sprayed, while other areas are being carefully prepped and taped for stain. The stairs are protected, and every wall, trim and ceiling color has been mapped out room by room.
It’s really starting to come together.

Behind all that visible progress is a whole lot of coordination — septic installation and tie-ins, coordinating roofing details, porch posts and exterior steps, managing materials, scheduling trades, confirming finishes, and making sure everything happens in the right order.
Because building a custom home isn’t just about what happens on the jobsite.
It’s the hundreds of details happening behind the scenes that keep a build moving forward. 🤍
