Another amazing restoration! This client had multiple leaks, missing shingles and horrible spaced decking. We ended up doing a complete re-deck and full ice and water shield for the back low pitch roof and added a new solar power fan to vent it as well! Check it out!

With a major winter storm heading to NC, sleet and freezing rain can be tough on roofs. Sleet can pile up, add weight, clog drainage areas, and create layers of ice that trap moisture. Freezing rain can push water under shingles, stress flashing and seals, and worsen existing weak spots. As temperatures freeze and thaw, small issues can turn into leaks once things warm up.
