We're pleased to present another success story from our "Pay it Forward" program!

Tony, a long-time friend and our newest referring partner, brought us a fantastic opportunity to remodel his granddaughter's home in Coosaw Preserve, North Charleston.

We were honored to help these amazing clients prepare their beautiful home for the sales market! This project focused on updating the stairs so they could start their next chapter in North Carolina.

Our team kicked things off by removing the existing carpet. Showing normal wear-and-tear, as well as pet damage, that carpet had to go in order to get the home ready for buyers.

We installed new 'Mohawk Chalet Vista Beechwood Cream Oak' laminate flooring. By installing all new risers, nosings, and matching the existing laminate floors, we ensured a smooth, fresh look. This home is officially ready to look incredible when it hits the sales market!

Another fun fireplace transformation is officially complete, and we loved being back in the Carriage Lane community of Summerville!

Being invited back for a second project is truly the highest compliment, and we sincerely appreciate our loyal clients and the lasting relationships we build. After previously installing a gorgeous tile shower, beautiful LVP flooring, drywall repairs, and fresh paint and trim in their primary bathroom, we returned to help these homeowners completely refresh their living room.

We've included some photos of the precise design sketch we drew for this living room project. These custom sketches are completed at each job walk and measurement to ensure our designs are exact, allowing our clients to visualize the precise layout before construction even begins.

A recent chimney leak affecting this fireplace had already been professionally resolved, so our team stepped in to repair the resulting drywall damage. To elevate the room even further, we crafted and installed a stunning custom shiplap feature above the fireplace and applied a fresh coat of paint to revitalize the space. This living room has officially been transformed into a beautiful, fresh focal point!

Our primary objective for this remodel was to elevate the heart of this home by replacing an outdated aesthetic with clean lines and fresh finishes. By coordinating each phase of construction alongside our trusted trade partners, we ensured the renovation process was executed efficiently and to the highest industry standards.

The newly completed kitchen showcases "Shaker Designer White" cabinetry and high-durability "Sienna Silver" quartz surfaces. The timeless farmhouse sink, professional-grade farmhouse faucet, and rustic light grey tile work introduces an element of refined beauty to the entire area.

We are excited to showcase the completion of our latest bathroom transformation in the charming Trotters Ridge neighborhood of Summerville!

This project was incredibly rewarding for our team because it came to us directly through our "Pay it Forward" referral program. Having recently completed a full kitchen remodel for this client’s daughter and family, we were honored to partner with the family once again to bring another beautiful vision to life.

Our team successfully executed this fun shower remodel, saying a final goodbye to the dated shower and tub combo. To elevate both functionality and aesthetics, we installed a premium alcove bathtub surrounded by crisp, modern 12" x 24" Lenox white matte porcelain tiles.

To finish off this beautiful design, we installed a classic chrome shower system that delivers a perfectly refined look. The completed space beautifully transitions from a dated shower and tub into a fresh, sophisticated, and functional shower.
