Another exciting job start announcement! This week marks the start of a four bathroom remodel in Ashborough East, Summerville. We are starting Phase 1 of 3!

So much potential awaits inside this beautiful home! Here's a run down of the rooms we will be remodeling and the order of operations.

Phase 1- The Landing Bathroom & The Downstairs Bathroom

Phase 2- The Jack & Jill Bathroom

Phase 3- The Primary Bathroom

Throwback Thursday: Is that still a thing?!?!?!?!

We’re taking a look back at one of our absolute favorite kitchen transformations, where timeless craftsmanship met everyday functionality. From the custom cabinetry and elegant quartz surfaces to the carefully chosen backsplash details, every element came together to create a bright, inviting space. Remodeling kitchens is always special to us because it’s where families gather, cook, and make memories for years to come.

Progress is moving along so nicely! This primary bathroom remodel in Wescott, Summerville is really starting to come together, and the transformation is very exciting!

Our team has been hard at work! The new floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower is taking center stage with the stunning Allen + Roth Arabescato Gold 12" x 24" polished porcelain wall tile and Bella Bianco Hexagon Mosaic floor tile. Every detail, down to the custom corner bench and convenient custom niche with matching hexagon tile in the backdrop, is designed to feel clean and sophisticated. (We still have to fill joints with color matching caulk to complete). We covered the walls with a splash of Sherwin Williams "Slow Green" and painted the ceiling for that fresh feeling! (Trim paint and final touch ups coming soon)!

Our latest LVP flooring project in Mckewn, Ladson, is officially complete!

With a growing family on the way, we swapped out dated carpet for sleek new flooring and crisp trim in all four upstairs bedrooms. By matching the new Luxury Vinyl Plank floors to their existing downstairs floors, we created a seamless, cohesive flow throughout the entire home- just in time for their newest addition! At Clark Dream Interiors, we take pride in every single detail, knowing the spaces we build aren't just for today, they're made to be loved and trusted by your family for years to come.

We are incredibly grateful to be back in Pine Forest, Summerville! Having a client invite us back for a second project is the highest compliment. We are truly thankful for our wonderful clients and the relationships we build along the way!

After previously completing a gorgeous primary bathroom remodel and installing LVP flooring throughout the first-floor bedrooms and main living areas, we were thrilled to return! This time, we installed the same LVP flooring on the stairs and in the FROG (Finished Room Over the Garage) creating a cohesive flow throughout the home.

Bonus project complete in Coosaw Creek, North Charleston!!

While onsite transforming their GORGEOUS mudroom, we also took on a fun little fireplace project! We built a custom platform for a freestanding fireplace, complete with a custom trim surround in the formal living room. While our clients are deciding on the perfect paint colors to wrap things up at a later date, our part of the transformation is all finished! This unique feature adds incredible charm and character, making an already beautiful room even more gorgeous.

Job Start Day! Today marks the start of a beautiful new kitchen remodel in the Briarwood neighborhood of Summerville! It’s time to bring the design and vision to life.

So much potential awaits inside this outdated kitchen layout! Our fresh design centers on creating a bright, open, and airy space that breathes easily. We're maximizing every single square inch to build a high-functioning, beautiful kitchen.

A great design is only as strong as its ex*****on. Here’s a sneak peek into how we’ll bring it to life alongside our skilled partners—our general contractor, electrician, and plumber:

Creating Space: Our preferred GC will handle removing the center wall and current island, clearing the way for our team to install a gorgeous new focal-point island.

Custom Cabinetry: We’re using a modern two-tone palette: Brooklyn "Pearl" on the wall cabinets and Brooklyn "Fawn" on the new island. To add even more function, we're building a dedicated coffee bar with Brooklyn "Pearl" base cabinets and Brooklyn "Fawn" floating shelves (no longer installing the the coffee bar upper cabinets as pictured here). We are excited about the added appliance garage (not pictured in the 3D rendering), which features a smooth vertical swing lift-up door for small appliances!

The Details: We will install premium 'Sienna Gold' Quartz countertops layered alongside Villa "Zellige" backsplash tile. From Rose Gold hardware to layered pendant and recessed lighting, every detail counts! We're adding a gorgeous Kraus "Bolden" Ch*****ne Bronze pull-down faucet and a double-bowl stainless sink to the large kitchen island with custom trim details, along with a custom coffee bar and floating shelves in the dining area.

Finishing Touches: From top to bottom, this remodel is getting a major refresh! We're adding new engineered hardwood flooring and brightening the walls with Sherwin Williams "Sea Salt." Freshly painted ceilings and trim will tie everything together perfectly.

We are excited to complete another project in Carnes Crossroads, Summerville!

We loved partnering with our clients to transform their new construction home from builder-grade into their own personal space!

In the laundry room, we replaced the wire shelving with beautiful Brooklyn Midnight Blue cabinetry paired with attractive matte black hardware. To maximize function and style, we added a matching base cabinet finished with a gorgeous Carrara quartz countertop. A fresh coat of Sherwin Williams "Wall Street" tied it all together, creating a personalized space.

We upgraded every bathroom with brand new, matching black matte shower systems, vanity faucets, and drains for a seamless finish throughout the home. We loved seeing this house turn into their home!
