In his current role, he focuses on organization, ensuring project information is accurate, updated, and accessible to the entire team.

Andrew believes that investing time upfront to fully understand project details prevents costly delays and challenges later. Daniel Kaminski has experience across hospitality, manufacturing, construction, and flooring industries. He earned his 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and began his career in hospitality management before transitioning into the ceramic manufacturing industry, where he served as a Regional Sales and Distribution Manager.
After relocating to 🌵 Arizona, Daniel launched and operated his own commercial and residential flooring company, gaining valuable entrepreneurial and hands-on industry experience over the course of 8 years. Owning and running a construction company became one of the most defining experiences of his career and helped shape his leadership style and industry expertise.
Today, Daniel specializes in tile, stone, and brick veneer, and currently serves as a Project Manager at InteriorWorx, where he is focused on growing into sales. With years of hands-on installation experience, he brings a practical, field-tested perspective and a true understanding of real-world jobsite conditions to every project.
Known for his practical, systems-driven, and growth-oriented mindset, Daniel believes that no matter how skilled someone becomes, there is always room for improvement. Damon Jimenez brings decades of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial flooring. Beginning his career as a teenager working alongside family in the trade, Damon developed a strong foundation in installation that evolved into leadership roles overseeing complex, large-scale projects.

He completed his secondary education and has completed extensive industry and safety training, including OSHA 30 certification, Heartsaver First Aid, AED & CPR certification, and Schluter Systems Phase I & II certifications. His commitment to ongoing education reflects his dedication to safety, quality, and professional excellence in every aspect of his work.

Throughout his career, Damon has progressed from installer to multi-man crew leader, commercial sales and project manager, Lead Superintendent (Area Manager), and Tile & Stone Division Manager. This diverse experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of materials, installation methods, and the operational demands of high-performing job sites.

Damon specializes in installation quality, safety compliance, job-site coordination, scheduling, and team leadership. He is known for implementing efficient, safety-first work practices, maintaining strict adherence to installation standards, and mentoring teams to elevate performance and craftsmanship across projects.

With a background spanning from warehouse operations, customer service, and fieldwork, he offers a well-rounded perspective on every jobsite.
Today, Hector focuses on keeping projects on schedule, ensuring installation accuracy, and maintaining top-tier safety standards. Known for his honesty, reliability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed, he leads with integrity and a team-first mindset.

Samantha Smith brings a strong work ethic and positive mindset to her role as Project Manager. A Westwood alum with coursework in Business Administration from Maricopa Community College. Samantha began her career in the fantastic world of flooring after a personal connection encouraged her to apply for a receptionist position. From there, she quickly worked her way up, growing into a Project Coordinator, then Operations Administrator, before becoming a Project Manager.

With hands-on experience supporting commercial projects of all sizes, Samantha plays a key role in keeping jobs running smoothly from start to finish. She specializes in project management operations, including contracts, submittals, change orders, and material tracking, ensuring every detail stays on schedule and on track.

In her current role, Samantha supports Account Executives by preparing jobs and change orders, tracking project progress, and ensure deadlines are met. She prides herself on bringing a great attitude to work every day, believing that positivity and teamwork are key to success.

Her professional approach is rooted in listening, learning, and continuous growth, always striving to improve and support those around her. 🌟 Todays Spotlight: Frank Sotomayor 🔦🌟Director of Special Services.

With more than 30 years in the commercial flooring industry, Frank Sotomayor brings deep field experience and leadership to our team. He began his career in 1992 as a helper and quickly grew alongside the Phoenix commercial construction market, helping expand installation services across major projects throughout the valley.

Frank later stepped into a Labor Coordinator role with Dupont Flooring and Wholesale Floors, where he played a key part in launching and building the floor preparation division. Today, he oversees our Concrete Services Division, focusing on concrete restoration, decorative concrete, floor preparation, and moisture testing/mitigation.

A graduate 🎓 of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Bilingual Education, Frank also holds several industry certifications including IICRC Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician, OSHA 30, and ICRI Moisture Testing Technician.

Throughout his career, Frank has contributed to many high-profile projects including Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Mayo Clinic expansions, Banner Gateway Hospital, the new Valleywise Health Hospital, ASU Football Stadium expansion, and the Maya Hotel.

Frank believes success comes from listening, learning from others, and continually pushing yourself to grow. His motivation comes from his faith and family, and outside of work he enjoys watching his daughter compete nationally in wrestling. 🤼‍♀️

With 20 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry, Krysta career began with answering a newspaper ad for a receptionist role, and she’s never looked back. She worked her way through multiple roles in the industry, while earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University 🎓 and has been in management for the last 9 years.

With years of experience supporting both teams and customers in the commercial flooring industry, Krysta has built a strong foundation of industry knowledge and operational understanding. Her background spans management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the development of clear, effective standard operating procedures that support consistency and success.

In her current role, she focuses on creating a clear pathway of guidance and support for project management teams, helping them perform at their best while ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. She believes investing in people, growth, and skill development is key to building strong teams and long-term success.

Krysta's professional approach is rooted in the belief that success isn’t just about getting the job done, it’s about coordination, timing, trust, and expertise. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Law ⚖️ as well as a Degree in Fitness & Nutrition, bringing both analytical thinking and disciplined focus to his professional approach.
Paul began his flooring career in 2006 with Mohawk Industries in Georgia before relocating to Arizona 🌵. In 2010, he transitioned to Marazzi / American Olean, where he continued developing his expertise until joining InteriorWorx in 2020.
A pivotal experience in Paul’s career was serving as an International Sales Manager. In that role, he coordinated factory capabilities with the needs of various countries, navigating cultural and language barriers to deliver tailored solutions. This experience sharpened his strategic thinking, adaptability, and ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams.
Paul specializes in consultative selling, ensuring that the right product is selected for the right application. In his current role, he thrives in the field, working directly with customers and watching projects take on a life of their own. He believes success in the contracting world doesn’t require sacrificing character, you can still be a “nice guy” and deliver strong results 🤝.

Todays Spotlight 🔦: Darrian Woods, he is one of our Concrete Division Foreman specializing in concrete polishing 🛠️✨. His career in the field began unexpectedly but quickly grew into a long-term profession fueled by hands-on experience, continuous learning, and leadership growth.

Over the years, Darrian has expanded his knowledge across concrete and other departments, gaining a strong understanding of operations, workflows, and how every team contributes to overall project success. This broad experience allows him to manage projects efficiently and support teams with structure and clarity.

He holds OSHA 30 🦺, First Aid ⛑️, and Husqvarna Polishing Training certifications and brings deep technical knowledge of the concrete polishing process. His expertise helps him recommend the right solutions so customers feel confident in the work being delivered 💯.

In his current role managing Concrete Services, Darrian focuses on productivity, consistency, and accuracy across every job. His approach is guided by integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Doing the job right, communicating clearly, and always looking for better ways to support both the team and the customer.

Starting out in a labor role, Darrian advanced into management through consistent performance and leadership development. He has also led training sessions and delivered presentations to companies on concrete polishing.

He began his career at just 11 years old, working alongside his father, and has since progressed through nearly every role in the industry—Foreman, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Estimator, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Senior Project Manager in Sales. 🔨📐

🎓 John holds an ICRI CSMTT Certification, serves on the Board of Directors for CTSAA, and is a proud Marine Corps Veteran 🇺🇸.

His expertise includes ceramic tile methods & means, concrete moisture testing and mitigation, and problem-solving and de-escalation strategies within complex project management environments. Currently, John focuses on business development with an emphasis on multifamily ground-up projects and heavy commercial and industrial market sectors.

⚙️ John brings a hands-on, practical perspective backed by a strong mechanical background as a former installer and contractor, combined with decades of construction management experience.
