What a blessing it was today to have my brother Cory Yates with Unicorn Ranch Ministries come and share his testimony with the employees of Texarkana Machine Inc.
Cory used his God-given talent of knife making to deliver a powerful message about how the Lord takes us through different chapters of life, shaping, refining, and molding us into something useful for His glory.
Just like a piece of steel, sometimes we have to go through the fire, endure the hammer, and experience the grinding before we become what we were intended to be. The process isn’t always easy, but in the hands of the Master Craftsman, every strike has a purpose.
Today was a great time of fellowship, encouragement, and growing together as a company.
I’ve always believed that one of the greatest blessings of running a business isn’t just what we manufacture or the success we achieve. It’s the opportunity to pour into the lives of the people who walk through our doors and those who faithfully help keep this company running every day. At the end of the day, people matter more than profits, and the impact we make on someone’s life is worth more than anything we could ever produce.
Truth be told, I’m thankful for men like Cory who are willing to share what God has done in their lives and use their gifts to encourage others to do the same.
I’ll leave you with this thought that really stuck with me today:
One swing of the hammer at a time, you’re being shaped into something. Life is going to mold you one way or another. The question is, WHO are you allowing to swing the hammer?
Are you allowing the world to shape you, or are you placing your life in the hands of the One who created you?
Blessings to my TMI crew, and blessings to Cory and Unicorn Ranch Ministries!
May we never lose sight of what matters most. Keep serving, keep growing, and above all, keep giving God the glory! 🙏
