This roof the other “installer “ or jacka* # that did this roof not only installed the metal directly to shingles but also had 8” pus of overhang, no decking below , pipe boots cut too big and installed wrong improper gable trim and no eve trim … and more , so we needed some new metal but was able to save 90% of the metal but also got the strapping proper even trim gable and pipe boots. We had to remove the roof trim all the sheets down that were salvageable and replace the ones that were not even close to keeping .

We did this all before lunch .. a couple neighbors come out asked how many days we thought we would be there …. I simply said we won’t be back after lunch !

Knowing our task and all the prep work my men put in on top of just having it figured out and being true craftsman and not day by nighters we got it done fast , and with quality minus the few quirks the other guy left we couldn’t hide… all an all happy client and more work up in these Lawrence river for the neighbors around
