This month we're spotlighting Michael, our Residential Sales pro who's been with A&B for 6+ years. He spends his free time running, deer hunting, and watching his son Jake play soccer, with his wife Stephanie and the family always close by. He's a fan of eating at The Country Cupboard and Chick-fil-A, but nothing beats a homecooked meal from Stephanie. Michael's also an active member of NorthRidge Church.

We asked him what his favorite part of the job is, and he said it's the people. He values his coworkers, past and present, and takes real satisfaction in helping folks stay cool, or warm! Fun fact: before his career at A&B, Michael was in law enforcement.

School bells are ringing again from Upson-Lee to Lamar, Spalding and Pike Counties, and we couldn't be prouder of everyone diving into a new school year. Get to know Dallas - a member of our A&B team for 4 years and counting!

He works in Commercial & Industrial Sales and returned to A&B after working here during college. 🤝 His favorite part of the job? Helping customers find the right solution and seeing a project through from the first conversation to completion.

When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him spending time with his wife and son, hunting, fishing, keeping up with sports or tackling a project around their home. 🎣

His favorite place to eat is at home because his wife is a great cook, but when work takes him around the area, he enjoys eating at these local spots: Dinner’s Ready, Doodlum’s BBQ, The Chicken Shack, Big Chic Uptown and Duck’s Trolley.

Dallas believes in treating every customer the way he’d want to be treated. ⭐ His goal is to provide our customers with honesty, good communication and quality work.
