TOLEDO, THE HEAT ISN’T DONE WITH US YET! 🔥

Hot days mean your AC is about to put in some WORK. ❄️ Before you crank it down and hope for the best, here are a few things I want you to know:

✔️ Check your filter — a dirty filter makes your system work harder.
✔️ Keep the outdoor unit clear — grass, weeds and debris need some breathing room.
✔️ Don’t crank the thermostat way down — setting it to 60° won’t cool your house any faster. 😂
✔️ Keep vents open and unblocked — let that cool air move!
✔️ Pay attention — strange noises, weak airflow or your AC running nonstop can be signs something isn’t right.

And most importantly … don’t wait until the AC completely quits on the hottest day of the week. 😅

If something doesn’t seem right, give us a call and I’ll take a look.

Cooler mornings are starting to sneak into Northwest Ohio, and I’m not mad about it! 👏🏼

We might still have some hot days ahead, but pretty soon we’ll be going from AC in the afternoon to heat at night. 😂 Welcome to Ohio!

Now is a great time to get ahead of the season:

🍁 Change your furnace filter
🍁 Test your heat BEFORE you actually need it
🍁 Check your thermostat
🍁 Make sure vents and returns aren’t blocked
🍁 Schedule maintenance before the first cold snap

Trust me, you don’t want to find out your furnace isn’t working on the first 40° night. 😂
