We are pleased to welcome Brynlee Carman to GTP as part of our Summer Internship Program!

Brynlee is joining us this summer in the Environmental Health and Safety Department and is currently pursuing her degree at Lock Haven University.

Brynlee chose GTP because the Environmental Health and Safety Department works with land, air, and water, allowing her to apply her environmental geosciences background while gaining well-rounded, hands-on experience in the environmental field. She also appreciates the opportunity to grow professionally while staying close to home.

We are pleased to welcome Nolan Franciscus to GTP as part of our internship program!

Nolan is joining our Automation/Controls team and is currently pursuing a degree at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Nolan chose GTP because of his passion for all things related to automation and the opportunity to further explore this area of engineering through hands-on experience. He is excited to expand his knowledge, develop his skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in the field.

Nolan is also participating in the GTP Summer Golf League, where he’s enjoying the chance to connect with colleagues outside of work and have some fun on the course.

We are pleased to welcome Aidan Hennessy back to GTP as part of our 2026 Summer Internship Program!

Aidan is joining us this summer as a Marketing Intern and is currently pursuing his degree at Bloomsburg University.

Aidan chose to return to GTP after having a great experience during his internship last summer. He enjoyed the opportunity to learn and grow professionally and wanted to apply the marketing concepts and techniques he has learned in school to real-world projects. He is excited to continue building his skills, gaining hands-on experience, and contributing to the GTP team.

Jacob is joining us this summer in the Refractory Chemical Department and is currently pursuing his degree at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Jacob chose GTP because he wanted to get his foot in the door in a professional and industrial setting while gaining the opportunity to analyze a chemical process different from his previous co-op and laboratory experience. He is looking forward to expanding his knowledge and developing new skills through hands-on industry experience.

Congratulations to Josh on being recognized as our Employee of the Month!

Josh has been part of the GTP team for five years, beginning his career as an Electrician in 2022 and most recently being promoted to Facilities Manager in March 2026. He is also a valued member of the GTP Emergency Response Team.

Known throughout the plant for his positivity, determination, and approachable attitude, Josh works closely with departments across the organization and is always eager to lend a helping hand. He plays a key role in coordinating employees and contractors on facility projects, while also encouraging and supporting the growth and success of his teammates. His ability to balance getting the job done with supporting the people around him makes him a tremendous asset to GTP.

Outside of work, Josh lives in Towanda and is incredibly proud of his three sons, Garrett, Hagen, and Wyatt. He enjoys cheering them on in sports, as well as hunting, running, and biking in his free time. Josh strives to “choose happiness” every day and appreciates the opportunity to work with different teams and tackle new challenges across the plant.

Congratulations, Josh, and thank you for all that you do.
