This renovation was all about opening up the home, improving the flow, and creating a space that feels brighter, larger, and more functional for everyday living.

We brought the hardwood floors back to life, opened up the living and dining areas, finished the new drywall and trim, updated the lighting, and completely transformed the kitchen with new cabinetry, quartz countertops, a large contrasting island, stainless appliances, and a beautiful tile backsplash.

The before-and-after on this one speaks for itself. 🔨

We’re transforming this home by building a brand-new second-story addition, creating more living space without increasing the home’s footprint.

From removing the existing roof and structural framing to getting the new second floor dried in, there’s a lot that goes into making an addition like this come together safely and correctly.

This is what remodeling looks like when you’re not afraid to make BIG changes. 🔨
