Another Floor & Decor completed by C.E. Gleeson Constructors.

Our team recently completed the new 65,450-square-foot Floor & Decor in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, adding to Gleeson’s resume of 20+ Floor & Decor projects nationwide.

This ground-up retail project included full site development, underground utilities, grading, paving, sidewalks, site lighting, a 219-stall parking field, precast concrete panels, structural steel, wood trusses, storefront systems, dock equipment, polished concrete, high-piled storage, racking, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, data, security, and store fixture infrastructure.

As students return to the classroom, we’re highlighting C.E. Gleeson Constructors’ experience delivering educational facilities built for learning, collaboration, and long-term use.

Our educational portfolio includes Walbridge Elementary School in Toledo, a 45,000-square-foot, two-story school featuring an open courtyard and a bridge connecting its north and south wings.

At Brother Rice High School, our work has included renovations and additions to the Academic Resource Center, athletic facilities, science wing, and the Gleeson Family Courtyard.

At Marian High School, Gleeson completed a major renovation of five science classrooms, a modernized computer lab, centralized pottery, design, and art classrooms, and refreshed corridors throughout the school.

Our education experience also includes work at the Arts & Technology Academy of Pontiac, a K-12 learning environment focused on academics, technology, creativity, and hands-on education.

C.E. Gleeson Constructors is proud to have helped bring this new four-season destination to life in downtown Howell. Centered around an all-purpose pavilion with a winter ice rink, the project also includes a playable water feature, fire features, revamped Summit Gardens, concessions, skate rental, lockers, restrooms, pergola seating, and public gathering areas.

Located near the Historic Depot Museum between Walnut Street and Michigan Avenue, Fire & Ice was built to give Howell a true year-round community anchor, a place for skating in the winter, events in the summer, and downtown activity in every season.

Proud to be part of a project that will serve residents, visitors, and local businesses for years to come.

C.E. Gleeson Constructors recently joined City of Eastpointe officials, police leadership, court representatives, and community members to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Eastpointe Police Headquarters and 38th District Court complex.

The 44,000-square-foot facility will include police operations on the first floor, court facilities on the second floor, a separate gun range, and expanded parking.

Charles Gleeson III, Director of Business Development, spoke at the ceremony on behalf of C.E. Gleeson Constructors and shared the company’s appreciation for the opportunity to help bring this important project to life.

The new complex will replace the existing facility built in 1960 and provide Eastpointe’s officers, court staff, and residents with a modern public safety and justice center designed to serve the community for years to come.
Gleeson is proud to serve as the general contractor for this important community project.

This new indoor pickleball facility will feature 10 courts, including 8 regulation courts and 2 championship courts, built for year-round play in a climate-controlled environment.

The club will also offer space for events, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and players of all skill levels.
