In West Texas, a father's influence can travel a long way.

At our Pecos facility, Plant Manager Jose Garcia knows that some of life's most important lessons are passed down through everyday examples. Today, that influence can be seen less than 100 miles down the road at our Midland facility, where his son, Javi Garcia, is making his own impact as part of the team.

Stories like these remind us that leadership doesn't always begin in the workplace. Sometimes it starts around the dinner table, through quiet examples, and by showing up day after day. The values we live out have the power to influence generations.

This Father's Day, we celebrate the dads whose influence reaches far beyond the workplace and continues making an impact at home, in their communities, and across our company.
