Throughout October, we're challenging our teams to look beyond the results, ask better questions, recognize opportunities for improvement, and most importantly, take action.

This Manufacturing Day, we’re celebrating more than what we make. We’re celebrating the people who make it possible.
So far this year, our Clements Fluids team has produced more than 2.7 million barrels of fluid.

Behind that number are people bringing their knowledge, skill, and care to work every day. They get the blend right, pay attention to the details, look out for one another, and take pride in producing something our customers can depend on.

We’re excited to welcome Paul Hamilton back to Clements Fluids as our Operations Manager!
Paul is no stranger to Clements. He returns with a strong understanding of our operations and culture, along with additional leadership experience gained during his time away.

In this role, Paul will work closely with our Plant Managers to develop our teams, strengthen consistency across our facilities, and help our people and plants succeed.
