Fifteen years ago, there were just three of us running our family business out of a 1,200-square-foot building. As we continued to grow, we knew we needed someone special to help us take the next step. That’s when Marilyn joined our team.

From day one, Marilyn became so much more than an office support—she became part of our family. Her dedication, hard work, and unwavering support have played a huge role in helping us grow from that small shop into the 30,000+ square-foot facility we proudly call home today, with an amazing team of 14 employees.

Today, we celebrate Marilyn as she begins a well-earned retirement. While we’re sad to see her go, we’re incredibly grateful for the 15 years she dedicated to helping build not just our business, but the family atmosphere that makes Collier’s so special.

Marilyn, thank you for your loyalty, friendship, and the countless ways you’ve impacted our company and all of us personally. Your legacy will always be a part of Collier’s.
