As our Plant Manager in East Stroudsburg, Charles blends his collaborative leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement, ensuring that our operations consistently deliver the high quality and efficiency that AWIP is known for.

✨ A Culture of Support & Candor: Right from the start, Charles was drawn to the "family-like" atmosphere at AWIP. He truly appreciates how welcoming, friendly, and open everyone has been, especially since he tends to ask a lot of questions! The strong sense of loyalty and the candid, supportive nature of his coworkers create an environment where everyone can thrive.
✨ Driven by Constant Improvement: For Charles, the absolute best part of being on the team is the collective drive to break the mold. He highly recommends AWIP because the status quo simply isn’t good enough here. He is excited to lead his team toward increasing output and optimizing scrap rates, fueled by the constant push to always be better.
✨ Life Beyond the Plant: When he’s not optimizing operations, family is Charles's top priority. Originally from the Detroit, Michigan area, he shares his downtime with his wife and their four kids (ages 22, 20, 16, and 11) who definitely keep life lively! He's also a passionate fan of all his hometown teams, cheering hard for the Lions, Pistons, Red Wings, Tigers, and his beloved Michigan Wolverines.
Fun Fact: Charles has a unique birthday story! He was actually born on November 3rd, but the doctors accidentally recorded it as November 4th. He didn't even find out about the legal mix-up until he was 16!
