Baker, Ingram & Associates is proud to have provided structural engineering services for The Airdrie Apartments, a modern multifamily community located in the heart of Paoli, PA.

This transit-oriented residential development required a structural system designed to efficiently support four stories of apartment living while accommodating resident amenities, parking facilities, and open gathering spaces. Our team worked closely with the project partners to deliver a practical, cost-effective structural design that supports the project's architectural vision and long-term performance goals.
