We took out a standard bath fitter tub and brought this bathroom back in time with a classic, clean look that never goes out of style. Black and white penny rounds set the tone on the floor, paired with crisp white square tile to keep everything bright and sharp.

The best part! A custom color work inspired by the homeowner’s favorite painting, pulling in the subtle blue tones of a bird’s feathers to give the space a personal touch you won’t find anywhere else.

We recently completed this porch remodel for a homeowner in Carolina Bay! This customer was wanting to beautify their home before putting it on the market!

Recent job completed on a small bathroom remodel with a rotten floor. We replaced damaged floor joists, installed new plywood, laid new LVP flooring, and finished it off with clean 1×6 base trim. The homeowner was working within a budget, and we did everything we could to meet their needs without cutting corners. Quality work and honest pricing! No job too big or too small to ensure our customers happiness!

Progress update at Dogwood Hills Golf Course!

Concrete slab is poured, all in-ground rough-ins are complete, and the house is fully framed. We’re now waiting on windows and doors to get this one dried in and keep things moving.

Merry Christmas from our family to yours! This is such a special time of year to take time to spend with family and remember the Reason for the SEASON.

Another Quality Remodel Completed by JV Goodwin Construction

We just wrapped up a full restoration project for a homeowner dealing with major moisture issues under their crawl-space home. Our team stepped in and rebuilt everything the right way from the ground up.

🔨 Installed new floor joists
🔨 Removed and replaced damaged subfloor with ½” CDX and ¾” tounge and groove plywood
🔨 Replaced all worn insulation in the crawl space
🔨 Installed new underlayment and LVP flooring for a clean, durable finish
🔨 Wrapped it up with a sleek 1x6 baseboard and quarter-round shoe molding

The home is now structurally sound, refreshed inside, and fully livable again. Most importantly, the customer was well pleased with the craftsmanship and the end results.
