FEATURED PROJECT 💧 Water Pollution Control Center Upgrades in 📍 Whitemarsh Township, Montgomery County, PA

Our team completed major upgrades to the Whitemarsh Township Authority Water Pollution Control Center, modernizing the facility’s original 1950s-era technology to accommodate wastewater flows exceeding six million gallons per day.

The upgraded facility can now automatically transition into high-flow storm mode during wet-weather events. Improvements also included new bar screening and grit removal facilities, along with a safer transition from gas chlorination and dechlorination to a liquid treatment process.

CEC managed the project from design through construction, providing process design, site engineering, regulatory approvals, construction documents, bidding, and construction contract administration services for the Authority.

Palmer Township 5k | 8.15.26 👟 What an amazing day in the community! Carroll Engineering’s own Justin Coyle, P.E., and his daughter competed in the Palmer Township 5K as part of the Annual Palmer Township Community Weekend. His daughter took first place in her age group with an impressive 25-minute finish, and Justin crossed the finish line in 30 minutes. 👏 Big congratulations to both!

CEC was proud to support our client, Palmer Township, and the community as a Gold Sponsor of the Palmer Community Weekend. The Palmer 5k benefitted the Miracle League of Northampton County, PA, a nonprofit that provides a barrier-free baseball field where children and young adults with intellectual and physical disabilities can play and enjoy the game together.
