Floating home remodel by RF GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LLC

Here are some pictures of our latest project.
The biggest challange on this project was removing a switchback(180 degress) staircase that sat in the middle of the main floor which wasted a lot of floor space. We were able to install a straight stair by sistering
and extending the floor joist in the second floor opening and adding a 6x12 beam with 4x4 post on each end.
The project took 2 months
