Fifteen years ago, Erin founded Kingston Homes with a vision to empower a top-notch team to build high-quality custom homes. Today, she takes great joy in the hundreds of happy homeowners and remains dedicated to making sure Kingston operates as a finely tuned machine.

When she is not at her desk, she loves spending time outdoors in the PNW with her husband and their two rowdy dogs. One of her favorite annual traditions is backpacking the Washington section of the Pacific Crest Trail each summer, with the goal of reaching Canada in the next few years!

The Onyx was designed for Pacific Northwest living, and it was wonderful to see it filled with familiar faces from the Kingston Homes community last Friday.

We welcomed past buyers, friends, and local brokers for a beautiful fall evening at our newest model home in Felida. It was a great opportunity to gather, catch up, and share a closer look at the thoughtfully designed spaces that make The Onyx so special.

Meet Carmen, our accounting supervisor at Kingston Homes. She brings value experience to the business and has been keeping the financial side of our projects running smoothly for 14 years.

On a daily basis, Carmen oversees our financial operations to ensure accurate reporting and provide important insights to the construction division. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of the numbers provide essential support to the work happening across every Kingston Homes project!

Outside of the office, you'll find Carmen enjoying family gatherings, community involvement, and cheering on her children at their sporting events. She's a key member of our team who ensures that building with Kingston Homes is a seamless experience.
