We're still smiling about this one. 😊

We recently had the honor of accepting three Tour of Homes awards for our Camellia Plan in Stevens Glen:

🏆 Best Home Under $1 Million
🏆 Best Kitchen
🏆 Best Livable Floor Plan Under $1 Million

Thank you to everyone who visited the home, shared feedback, and cast their votes. We're proud of this beautiful home and grateful for the incredible team that helped bring it to life.

Built for comfort. Designed for performance.

This custom home challenged us to balance energy efficiency, durability, healthy indoor air quality, and environmental responsibility, all within a realistic budget.

From a blower door score of 0.6 ACH50 (Passive House-level airtightness) and continuous exterior insulation to rooftop solar, rainwater harvesting, and carefully selected low-VOC materials, every detail was chosen to create a home that will perform for decades to come.

The result is a healthier, more comfortable, and remarkably efficient home that reflects what's possible when thoughtful design, building science, and craftsmanship come together.

We're proud of what we learned on this project and excited to bring that knowledge to future homes. If you're interested in building a healthier, more energy-efficient home, we'd love to help bring your vision to life. Contact us, and let's talk!

Just a few of our favorite views from this year’s Clark County Parade of Homes. Had a great time at last week’s Industry & Design day, and loved touring the homes.
