At Weldall, we are proud to celebrate four of our high school apprentices who are graduating this year: Carson, Quinton, Collin, and Chase!

We are even more excited to share that all four have accepted full-time positions with Weldall as they begin the next chapter of their careers.
We strongly believe in the value of apprenticeship programs and the importance of creating real opportunities for young, talented individuals to learn, grow, and succeed in skilled trades and manufacturing. These apprentices have each demonstrated a strong work ethic, dedication, and willingness to learn, and we are proud to continue investing in their futures.

We'd also like to recognize and thank GPS Education Partners for their partnership and commitment to helping students gain meaningful hands-on experience while completing their education. Programs like these create valuable pathways for students while helping strengthen the future workforce in our communities.

Today we celebrated a major milestone at Weldall as five employees officially graduated from our Internal Fitter Development Program after a full year of hard work, hands-on training, and dedication.

Congratulations to Brendan, Corey, Ethan, Jake, and Matt on completing the program and continuing to grow their skills and careers here at Weldall. We are proud of the effort each of you put into this journey, and we are excited to see your continued success on the shop floor.

This program would not have been possible without the support of our supervisors, mentors, and leadership team who invested their time, knowledge, and encouragement throughout the past year.

We would also like to give a special thank you to Brian, whose dedication as both the trainer and program developer played a major role in the success of this program. Your investment in developing others truly made a difference.

At Weldall, we believe in building from within, investing in our people, and creating opportunities for long-term growth.

Congratulations again to our graduates on this outstanding achievement.
