A new space, built on strong relationships. 🧡

We’ve loved working with JTT and Dan Beyer Architects on the core and shell of a portion of Ground 59 in Bay View. The JTT team’s emphasis on family and taking care of their people made this partnership especially meaningful.

Thank you for trusting us to help shape what’s next. We can’t wait to see a business make this space its own!

Two milestones worth celebrating - 8 years with Matt Rosch and 2 years with Jared Krattiger! 🎉

From Matt’s steady leadership on our jobsites to Jared stepping into his Project Manager role this year, both bring dedication and care to the work they do.

Thank you, Matt and Jared, for your hard work and commitment to our clients and team. Happy anniversary!
