Meet Melanie Brewer, Vice President of Killian Custom Homes! 👋

From filing papers in her dad’s office during childhood summers to running land development projects, managing commercial build-outs, and licensed in residential real estate since 2007, Melanie’s entire career was preparing her for this role.

When her father called asking if she was ready to step in so he could retire, every piece of the puzzle clicked into place. Now, she’s proud to continue the family legacy alongside her son, building dream homes for families across North Texas.
