Remodel Laborer
Full-Time Position | Pay Based on Experience

Reed Renovation & Restoration is looking for a dependable, skilled Remodel Laborer to join our team. Our workload is predominantly focused on kitchen and bathroom remodels, so hands-on remodeling experience and a strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities:
Perform general remodeling and construction labor for kitchen and bathroom projects
Manage and run a crew and jobsite from start to finish in the event there are multiple projects in progress at one time
Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects moving efficiently
Perform and assist with plumbing, demolition, framing, drywall, tile, finish work, and other remodeling tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Communicate effectively with the team and ensure work is completed to company standards

Requirements:
Plumbing experience is a must
Previous remodeling or construction experience preferred
Must be capable of managing and running a crew/jobsite
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Dependable and punctual with positive attendance
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Professional attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
