Customer Success & Billing Specialist – Phone Sales & Follow-Up
Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air is looking for a confident, customer-focused professional who is excellent on the phone and knows how to close deals, follow up on estimates, and collect payments—without sounding pushy.
If you’ve worked in inside sales, customer success, account follow-ups, or phone-based sales, and you know how to convince customers while keeping things professional, this may be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Call customers to follow up on open estimates
Explain services and pricing clearly
Close jobs by phone
Follow up on unpaid invoices and open balances
Answer billing questions professionally
Document calls and outcomes in our system
Work with our office and field teams to keep jobs moving
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone skills and clear communication
Proven ability to persuade, influence, and close
Comfortable discussing money and payments
Organized and reliable with follow-ups
Sales, customer service, or billing experience required
Home service experience is a plus (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
