🎃🔨 Frame It Friday… with a Halloween twist! 👻

No tricks here, just some pretty sweet progress happening on our job sites! 🍬🏡

🍂 Wraparound Deck – Decking is complete and ready for railing! The homeowners added stairs to the plans, and we’re already bringing that addition to life.

🏔️ Sangre View Bungalow – Things are really taking shape! Rough-ins, including solar, are complete, insulation is finished, and drywall is going up!

🏡 The Mountain Lodge – This one is a monster of a project! 👻 HVAC installation is nearing completion, windows are going in, and deck framing is underway.

🍁 Outdoor Living Project – The stamped concrete is stained and sealed, bringing out its beautiful finish! Up next, installation of the covered porch to complete this outdoor space.

We may have missed Friday, but our crews certainly didn’t miss a beat! Four projects, plenty of progress, and some exciting transformations underway.

When planning a custom home, it’s natural to compare prices. After all, building a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make.

MOUNTAIN HOME MONDAY 🏔️

Building a custom home isn’t just a checklist of things that need to get done.

It’s a sequence.

The foundation has to be right before framing begins. Framing has to be coordinated before HVAC, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins. Those rough-ins have to be completed before insulation and drywall.

And in the mountains, weather, material lead times, site conditions, and subcontractor schedules all have to work into that sequence too.

One decision made early in a build can affect several trades weeks or even months later.

That’s why good construction management isn’t just about keeping a project moving.
