Another detail from our Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat installation. 🔥❄️

For one of the wall-mounted units, a condensate drain pump was installed because a traditional gravity drain wasn’t practical in this location.

The pump is integrated into a clean, compact enclosure, keeping the finished installation neat and professional.

The biggest advantage? It gives us much more flexibility when choosing where to install the indoor unit — even when there’s no convenient way to run a gravity drain.

During one of the hottest days of the summer, we received an emergency call from a local food delivery business. After a complete diagnosis, we found that the 22-year-old rooftop unit had a failed compressor. At that age, replacing the compressor simply wasn’t a smart investment—not only because of the cost, but also because the rest of the system had become unreliable.
