Here's a look at the latest progress on a cryogenic gas processing plant currently under construction. Seeing fabricated steel become a functioning facility is always rewarding, especially when the work begins to take shape in the field.

Projects like this require extensive coordination between engineering, fabrication, logistics, and field construction teams. Every connection, lift, and installed piece represents the dedication and craftsmanship of the people making it happen safely and efficiently.

Watching months of planning, engineering, fabrication, and coordination come together on-site is always rewarding, but it’s the precision ex*****on in the field that truly brings the project to life.

May Refuel & Refocus — After Hours at the Jasper Fabrication Facility

After a full day of hard work, our team chose to stay a little longer.
Not because they had to — but because they wanted to.

This completely voluntary time together included sharing a meal, hearing a word of encouragement from former co-worker Pastor Blaine McMichael, and worship through song led by their friend and teammate Andy Norman.

Moments like these remind us that strong teams are built on more than hard work alone. Faith, fellowship, encouragement, and genuine community help keep us grounded and energized for the week ahead.

True. The clock is ticking on workforce readiness in across our industry,

So, where does the next generation of skilled workers come from? Registered Apprenticeships.

Backed by the U.S. Department of Labor, Registered Apprenticeships are industry-driven career pathways that give employers a direct hand in developing their future workforce — and give workers a real career, not just a job.

Apprentices receive:
* A paying job with progressive wages as skills grow
* Hands-on training with an experienced mentor
* Supplemental education tailored to employer needs
* A portable, nationally recognized credential
* Little or no education debt accrued during training

The WAGES (Workforce Apprenticeship Growth and Education Support) Act of 2026 was introduced in the current congressional session. If passed, it would provide employers a credit against payroll taxes for wages and expenses tied to apprenticeship programs — making it easier for businesses like yours to invest in the workforce pipeline.
