Twenty-six acres, one single-level home, and a view that earns the drive through the gate.

Redwood Hill Ranch is a ground-up wine country estate: nearly 5,000 square feet on a single level, four bedroom suites, a 1,200-square-foot great room, and a kitchen built around the way the owners actually cook and gather.

Outside, a covered loggia and heated patio carry the living space into the oaks.

The hardest part of a whole-house remodel is the part you’ll never see again.

On this Napa project, the finishes get the attention. The real work was behind the walls — rerouting systems built for how the house used to be lived in so it could work the way the owners live now.

If you’re considering a remodel, here’s the take: budget for the guts, not the gloss.

A note for anyone planning a North Bay build, remodel, or commercial project for 2026.

Most people start the contractor conversation 6–9 months too late. By the time they call us, the design phase is finished, the permitting clock is running, and the only thing they can adjust is how stressed they feel.

We do our best work when we’re in the room from the beginning — site walks, architect introductions, budget realities pressure-tested before drawings are final.

If 2026 is the year, the conversation should be happening now. Even if you don’t hire us, talk to someone. Early planning is the single best investment you can make in a project’s outcome.

That corridor out toward Franz Valley is stunning — the oaks, the open meadows, the way the hills roll in every direction.

The property has been welcoming guests for decades and it has a real character to it — the stone buildings, the deli, the gardens.
