I met Mike Baer with Cavity Sliders at the International Builders Show in Orlando last month. He came up from Charlotte to teach our carpenters how to install their pocket door system, which is heavy duty, has slow close, and is superior to conventional pocket door kits. J&J Trim Works has been trimming our homes for 20 years now; they’re incredible!

We’re building a luxury home at 539 Doub Rd in the Marrin subdivision in Lewisville. Just off Williams Rd, it’s only 1/2 mile from 421 and downtown Lewisville.

This neighborhood features 29 large, private wooded lots. This home will have 4802 finished SF on an unfinished basement, 4 BR, 4.5 Ba, finished bonus room, vaulted living room, vaulted primary bedroom, vaulted screened porch, 2 BR on main level, 3 car garage.
