Six months into Phase 2 construction at Victory Ridge Academy in Davenport, and the campus is getting an A+ in progress. The covered play pavilion PEMB is fully erected, and the outdoor play court is coming into focus. The cafeteria walls are topped off with steel joists and decking going in. The skills lab is completely installed and getting stucco. And starting in August, a brand new interactive playground will go in behind the ELC building. Re-roofing an occupied commercial building requires careful coordination and a crew that knows how to work around active tenants. The A.O. Wagner Construction team is doing exactly that at Barton Storage in Auburndale, replacing the roofs on two pre-engineered metal buildings totaling nearly 13,000 square feet of new R-10 insulation and Galvalume PBR panels. A new ground-up build is officially underway in Winter Haven. The new CWI Industrial Services facility will be a custom pre-engineered metal building housing offices, a storefront, and a storage warehouse. The building pad is being prepped, a CMU retaining wall is going up along the perimeter to manage the elevation change, and precast stormwater catch basins are being installed as part of the underground drainage system. The expansion of Empresas Polar's Florida Brewery in Auburndale is in full swing and steadily progressing. A new 7,100-square-foot two-story office building and a 4,800-square-foot production area are both fully enclosed and well into their interior buildouts. Phase 2 construction at Victory Ridge Academy in Davenport is moving along at a great pace. The exterior of the ULC is stuccoed, and the interior framing is next. The cafeteria walls are fully topped off with roof joists coming soon. Over on the pavilion, the slab is poured, and steel is going up. We could not be prouder to be part of this project. The Polk Septage Receiving Station in Winter Haven is taking shape. We have four of the eight pre-engineered Butler Manufacturing buildings in the air. Inside the operations building, spray foam insulation is on the roof decking, electrical conduit is roughed into the slab, and the walls are ready for drywall. Great projects come down to teamwork!

We recently collaborated with Williams Company to erect a pre-engineered metal building from Butler Manufacturing for Pasco County Schools at West Zephyrhills Elementary School.

The 60' x 60' play court canopy features a Butler-Cote colored MR-24 gauge standing seam metal roof with R-19 vinyl-backed insulation and BRII skirt wall sheets around the top perimeter to provide shade while still ensuring maximum ventilation.
