Ground has officially broken on a brand new home for Graceway Community Church in Bartow! The new 16,000-square-foot facility will feature a 220-person sanctuary and dedicated spaces for the nursery, kids, youth, and more. Our Victory Ridge Academy project is earning top marks as we enter the 8th month of the Phase II build. The cafeteria now has its storefront glass installed, and MEP rough-ins are underway, with drywall starting soon. The Covered Play Pavilion has sports court equipment installed, and the sunshade system is expected to be completed in the next two weeks. Meanwhile, the ULC has a fresh coat of paint, and the Skills Building is framed and moving through MEP rough-ins ahead of drywall next week. Read the full update on our blog.

Drywall, windows, doors, and HVAC are all installed throughout the space, and the second-floor mezzanine now features new concrete stairs paired with a custom-fabricated steel handrail. Outside, new exterior metal panels and a parts pass-thru window are already in place.

Steel is officially in the air at CWI Industrial Services new home in Lakeland! Our in-house crew has been hard at work raising columns, purlins, and bracing straps for the 120' x 50' pre-engineered metal building, and the shape of the finished facility is really starting to show. Whirlwind Steel delivered the building on July 24, and our crew expects to have the structure fully assembled within the coming week. Once that's done, we move into the interior build-out. Spinco Properties in Orlando needed a 40x40 ft office addition built onto their existing warehouse and office facility, and the challenge was making two different parapet wall elevations tie together seamlessly. Working alongside Dean Steel Buildings out of Fort Myers, our team built the entire addition in just two weeks.

Victory Ridge Academy Phase 2 is seven months in, and the campus is transforming fast. The ULC has a completed metal roof with drywall installed. The cafeteria's TPO roof is nearly complete, with wall framing, fire sprinklers, and MEP rough-ins all done inside.
