We're thrilled to be in final punchlist phase at this Somerville restoration project.

This one was a rehab from a fire and wow has it come a long way!

A strong punchlist process resolves issues before they are issues and gets everyone home on time.
Items are in a Sheet with owners and dates and they're getting crossed off.

Getting great at punchlist has been a goal for the PM team this year and they're nailing this one!
