🏈 Football season is here — and the competition has officially kicked off at PSI!

For the next 22 weeks, our PSI divisions are going head-to-head in our College Football Pick ’Em Challenge!

Each week, team members will make their picks for who they think will win. Individual points will roll up into their division’s score as everyone battles for the top spot on the leaderboard.

At the end of the season, the winning division takes home the TROPHY 🏆, a PIZZA PARTY 🍕, and of course… bragging rights!

Work doesn’t always have to be so serious. A little friendly competition is a great way to build camaraderie, connect across teams, and have some fun along the way.

Let the games begin! 🏈

During a recent Town Hall, our CEO and Founder, Troy Place, shared exciting updates about the future of our company. One message especially worth highlighting was our appreciation for the incredible men and women working in the field every day. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

With a projected 1.4 million unfilled skilled trade positions by 2030, we are incredibly grateful for the talented people who show up day in and day out to keep our projects moving and make our success possible.

Spinjoy's first location in the country is officially open.

We're proud to have delivered this milestone project in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Our team, alongside our dedicated subcontractors, transformed an approximately 1,100 square foot white box space into a fully operational Spinjoy location. From flooring, lighting, HVAC, and electrical to millwork and interior finishes, every aspect of the tenant buildout was completed with precision and attention to detail.

Now open, Spinjoy offers a simple, stress-free laundry experience with professional wash, dry, and fold services handled by Spinjoy Certified Laundry Pros™. New customers can enjoy their first week free and experience a new way to do laundry. Additional locations are already planned for select Walmart stores, marking just the beginning of Spinjoy's continued growth.

The City of Gainesville, GA has a new place to gather.

The Longwood Park Pavilion is now complete. Situated on 1.3 acres, the new pavilion provides a welcoming space for the community to gather, connect, and enjoy the outdoors. It was a privilege to partner with the City of Gainesville Parks and Recreation on this project.

Congratulations to our Happy Hour Trivia champions!

With around 30 team members competing across seven rounds of mixed trivia, one team claimed the top spot. Thank you to everyone who participated and made it a fun afternoon of friendly competition!

Wrapping up the week with puppies, pizza, and plenty of smiles.

We partnered with Puppies&Yoga Atlanta to bring adorable Bernese Mountain puppies from Boulder Creek Farm to our office as a fun way to wrap up another productive week. It was a great opportunity for our team to take a break, enjoy some time together, and celebrate the incredible employees who make our company stronger every day.

Another Ross Dress for Less project completed, this time in Coalinga, CA.

This 16,325-square-foot tenant improvement included upgraded building systems, refreshed interiors, and updated retail and back-of-house spaces. Congratulations to the project team on another successful completion!
