A West Valley High School graduate, Tanner joined HLA as a project engineer in 2022 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University. Before joining HLA full time, he spent three summers interning with our team.

This is what it’s all about: growing careers.

We are pleased to welcome three former HLA interns as full-time employees. Kassidy, a recent Oregon State University graduate, and Jarrett, a recent Washington State University graduate, join HLA as Engineers in Training. Elijah recently completed his surveying education at Yakima Valley College and joins our team as a survey technician.

We are proud to have supported their growth and excited to see them begin the next stage of their careers with HLA.

One hundred seven years. That's the combined tenure of the 14 employees we're celebrating this month. From a 25-year veteran to newer team members beginning their HLA journeys, each anniversary is a reminder that our greatest strength is our people.
