This beautiful spec home hit the market when it was only about 60% complete. The final lighting selections hadn't been installed, plumbing fixtures weren't chosen, interior paint colors weren't finalized—and yet, buyers from the West Coast saw something special.

After exploring our past projects, reading client testimonials, and getting a feel for the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define every Colebrooke Custom Homes build, they made the decision to purchase the home before seeing the finished product.

It’s been a wild few weeks at Colebrooke Custom Homes — 4 closings in the last 3 weeks and our crews have been moving nonstop. Because of that, we’ve been a little behind on sharing progress updates… so here’s a quick look at what’s happening across several of our builds 👇

🏡 A beautiful presale home in Louisburg is nearing completion and coming together exactly as planned.

🔨 Two spec homes in Spring Hope are officially framed up — the overhead views really show how much progress has been made.

🏠 Our Raleigh presale is framed and roughed in, and we’re moving right into insulation, drywall, and exterior siding.

⭐ One of our two Franklin County Parade entries — a spec home in Louisburg — is making major progress and we can’t wait to show more.

🚧 And our second Parade entry in Youngsville is getting ready to go vertical… trust us, you don’t want to miss this one.
