A little overdue, but too beautiful not to share. 🤟🏼

A few months ago, we had the privilege of handing over the keys to this incredible custom home, and we're excited to finally give it the spotlight it deserves. 🔑

This story began with a trusted relationship. These homeowners were referred to us by one of our Realtor partners as they prepared to relocate to the Triangle for an exciting new career opportunity. From hundreds of miles away, they trusted Colebrooke to guide them through every step of the journey—from identifying the perfect piece of land to selecting a floor plan that fit the way they wanted to live.

The finished home is a reflection of their vision, featuring Wolf appliances, an exotic spa-inspired primary bath wrapped in luxurious tile, and thoughtfully curated lighting that brings warmth and character to every room.

One of the most humbling parts of the past 12–18 months has been how many families have trusted Colebrooke Custom Homes to build their homes while relocating from out of state. We never take that responsibility for granted.

Some homes have a story worth telling. 👇

This beautiful spec home hit the market when it was only about 60% complete. The final lighting selections hadn't been installed, plumbing fixtures weren't chosen, interior paint colors weren't finalized—and yet, buyers from the West Coast saw something special.

After exploring our past projects, reading client testimonials, and getting a feel for the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define every Colebrooke Custom Homes build, they made the decision to purchase the home before seeing the finished product.

A month after closing, we're still humbled by the trust they placed in us. These clients had never met us in person, were relocating from out of state, and entrusted our team to bring the vision to life. Their confidence in our process, design, and quality means more than we can put into words. 🫶🏼

As we look back on this completed home, we're grateful for the opportunity to build not just houses, but trust.

It’s been a wild few weeks at Colebrooke Custom Homes — 4 closings in the last 3 weeks and our crews have been moving nonstop. Because of that, we’ve been a little behind on sharing progress updates… so here’s a quick look at what’s happening across several of our builds 👇

🏡 A beautiful presale home in Louisburg is nearing completion and coming together exactly as planned.

🔨 Two spec homes in Spring Hope are officially framed up — the overhead views really show how much progress has been made.

🏠 Our Raleigh presale is framed and roughed in, and we’re moving right into insulation, drywall, and exterior siding.

⭐ One of our two Franklin County Parade entries — a spec home in Louisburg — is making major progress and we can’t wait to show more.

🚧 And our second Parade entry in Youngsville is getting ready to go vertical… trust us, you don’t want to miss this one.
