Pro 163 Construction is a growing, high-end residential construction company focused on quality craftsmanship and professional ex*****on. We specialize in remodels, decks, structural repairs, and custom projects.

We’re not a “throw you on a job and hope for the best” company—we’re building a team of people who take pride in their work and want to grow.

The Role:
We’re looking for a Carpenter Helper to support our projects across a variety of residential jobs.

You’ll work directly alongside experienced carpenters and subcontractors, learning the trade while contributing to real, high-quality work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with decks, framing, remodels, and general carpentry work
Job site prep and cleanup (keeping sites clean and professional)
Carrying materials, cutting, measuring, and basic install support
Helping with structural repairs and interior work
Learning tools, techniques, and job site flow
Supporting multiple phases of projects from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic (this is non-negotiable)
Shows up on time, ready to work
Willing to learn and take direction
Good attitude—no drama, no excuses
Basic construction knowledge is a plus, but not required
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a personal tool belt (basic hand tools a plus)
